Marcus Lima has work experience in various roles and companies. Marcus co-founded and currently serves as the CEO of Heimdal since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Junior Consultant at QVARTZ from August 2018 to October 2019. Marcus also gained experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Centre for Theoretical and Computational Chemistry, University of Oslo from May 2016 to February 2017.

Marcus Lima's education history begins with their enrollment at UWC South East Asia in 2013 where they pursued the International Baccalaureate program until 2015. In 2016, they went on to study Chemistry at the University of Oslo (UiO) and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in 2017. Following this, they attended the University of Cambridge from 2017 to 2018, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences with a focus on Chemistry. In 2018, they took a Summer Course in Mandarin Chinese at Peking University. Finally, in 2019, Marcus joined the University of Oxford and obtained a Master of Science degree in Energy Systems in 2020.
