Pramila Parajuli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and program management within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator-MELS at Heifer International since November 2024, Pramila has previously worked as a Monitoring Evaluation and Knowledge Management Specialist at FAIRMED and held multiple roles at Heifer International, including Senior Program Officer-PME and Program Officer-PME. Additional experience includes positions at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, International Medical Corps, Mercy Corps, Child Development Society, and CWIN Nepal. Pramila holds a Master's Degree in Governance and Public Policy from Universität Passau and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from St. Xavier's College, Maitighar.
