Matt Pimlott is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources operations and technology management. Currently serving as Vice President of HR HRIS & Operations at Heidrick & Struggles since July 2003, Matt oversees HR operations, collaborates with HR business teams and Centers of Excellence on data analytics, and drives process improvements across HR programs. Previously, Matt held the title of Vice President of Global HRIS & HR Financial Management, responsible for the strategy of the global Workday HR platform and managing HR financial operations across 30 countries. Matt's earlier experience includes roles at Trans Union as a PeopleSoft Programmer Analyst and Deloitte as an Audit Supervisor. Matt holds a BA Hons in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge and is currently pursuing an MBA with High Honors in Finance and Organizational Behavior at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
