Torhild Luise Barlaup is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, business development, and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as Divisjonsdirektør VVS/Head of VVS at Heidenreich AS since June 2023, Torhild oversees total sales and business development for VVS, including B2B express delivery units in Norway. Previously, Torhild held several senior positions at Synsam Group, including Head of B2B, where the focus was on driving growth, and Acting Managing Director for Synsam Group Norway, managing significant turnover and store expansion. Prior to Synsam, Torhild managed MECA Norway as CEO, overseeing a large distribution network, and led Snap Drive AS as CEO, achieving considerable sales growth. Torhild possesses a solid educational background with degrees from the Norwegian School of Economics and BI Norwegian Business School, specializing in economics and management.
