Michelle Gonzales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical and systems engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Specialist at HeidelbergCement since December 2008, Michelle has utilized a strong foundation in computer business information systems obtained from Wayland Baptist University, where Michelle earned a BBA between 1992 and 1997. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at JCPenney Co., Inc. from June 1997 to December 2008 as a Systems Engineer II, contributing valuable expertise to the organization over an eleven-year period.
