Greg Denning is an experienced professional in talent management and learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Talent & Learning at Heidelberg Materials since July 2018. In this role, key projects include the implementation of a global Talent Planning process for 50,000 employees across 50 countries and the design of a Leadership Development Pathway for 1,000 employees. Prior to Heidelberg Materials, Greg held positions such as Training and Development Manager at BYLOR Services Limited, Senior Training Consultant at Atkins, and various leadership roles in the British Army, where responsibilities included coordinating leadership training and managing educational outputs. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Educational Practice and Innovation from the University of Southampton, alongside additional certifications in education and strategic management.
