Brett Whiteley - P.G. CPG is a seasoned geologist with extensive experience in managing geological operations and projects across North America. Currently serving as a Senior Geologist at Heidelberg Materials since March 2022, Brett oversees the geology department's workload and exploration projects while ensuring safe mineral recovery at 130 active operations across 19 states. Prior experience includes a role as Geologist at Lehigh Hanson, where responsibilities encompassed evaluating reserves and resources for various sites, and as Land Manager for the Midwest Division, overseeing land and mineral asset management. Brett's background also includes positions at Oldcastle Materials Group, Rio Tinto, and Resolution Copper, focusing on geological support, project management, and compliance within the mining sector. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Iowa State University.
