Steve Thomson is a seasoned professional in the field of ophthalmology, currently serving as Clinical Director - Anterior Segment at Heidelberg Engineering since January 2021. With a robust background in sales and marketing, Thomson held the position of Sales & Marketing Manager at Haag-Streit AG from May 2000 to December 2020, and prior to that, worked as Area Manager & Product Manager at Haag-Streit UK from 1988 to 2000. Thomson began a career in ophthalmic photography as Senior Ophthalmic Photographer at the University of Edinburgh from 1983 to 1988. Educationally, Thomson is a graduate of Edinburgh Napier University and Harris Academy.
