Matthew Memming currently serves as the Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance at The Heico Companies LLC, a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Navistar Inc, spanning from February 2001 to the present, where roles included Associate Director and Chief Security Officer, Manager of IT Compliance, and Manager of IT Audit & Consulting. Prior to Navistar, Matthew held the position of Senior IT Auditor at CNA Insurance from 1998 to 2001.
