Previously, Janelle held positions as Senior Counsel at Husch Blackwell, Associate General Counsel at Adtalem Global Education, and Associate General Counsel at Chicago State University. Early in the legal career, Janelle worked as an Associate Attorney at Mehri & Skalet, PLLC. Janelle Carter Anderson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Spelman College and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
