Deborah Serra has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Deborah began their career as a Chargée d'événementiel at Cassandra in 2010. In 2015, they became a Chef de projet at Le Chalet des Iles. In 2018, they moved to Yumi as a Business Developer. In 2019, they held two positions, Oil & Gas Business Development at Matchtech and SAP Business Development Manager at Crystal Placement. Currently, they are a Freelance Customer Care at Heetch, where they support chauffeurs and helps ensure the well-being of passengers to make mobility more accessible and convivial. Deborah also proposes new ideas to improve the service and maintain continuous growth.

Deborah Serra completed their Master 2 Stratégie Internationale et Intelligence Economique in Economie et gestion d’entreprise at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2013 to 2018.
