Chaima TAIHI has had a varied work experience beginning in 2019 when they became an student at the Université des Sciences et de la Technologie 'Houari Boumediène'. In 2020, they joined the Project Initiative Club as a membre actif. In 2021, they were a freelancer designer and an organisatrice d’événements for the Startup Weekend Alger. Chaima also had two internships in 2021, one at Diallas Studio where they learned Facebook ads copywriting, marketing and e-commerce, and one at Groupe SAIDAL where they worked on the fabrication of a pharmaceutical product. This year, they are a Driver Operation Officer at Heetch and a Stagiaire at Laboratoires Pharmalliance and NAFTAL SPA. At Laboratoires Pharmalliance, they have gained an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and has followed the production of a product from raw materials to finished product. At NAFTAL SPA, they have adapted to a professional environment and has learned about the tasks of a chemical engineer in a quality control laboratory. Chaima will also be an Organisatrice d’événements for TEDxAlger in 2022.

Chaima TAIHI is currently enrolled in a Licence professionnelle in Génie des procédés at the Université des Sciences et de la Technologie 'Houari Boumediène' from 2019 to 2022. Chaima has also obtained a Secourisme certification from OUIKAYA in November 2021. Additionally, they have certifications in Bureautique from Microsoft, Digital Marketing from International Training Center (ITC), Digital Marketing from Google, and Social Media Marketing from Udemy.
