Mikolaj Nawlatyna is a Junior Operations Manager at Hedley Studios, with a strong focus on logistical aspects of international vehicle shipments and quality assurance, overseeing projects involving high-end cars such as Ferrari, Aston Martin, Bugatti, and Bentley since April 2022. Previous experience includes serving as an Operational Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed preparing vehicles for shipment, ensuring quality standards, and enhancing assembly line efficiency. Mikolaj also held the position of Volunteer Teacher at ENGin and worked as a Smart Repairer at BCA UK, in addition to roles in retail and stock management at Longchamp.
