Kerry Barker is an experienced professional in user research and strategic insight, currently serving at hedgehog lab since June 2024. Previously, at NBS from September 2019 to April 2024, Kerry led the management and strategic development of the Insider Hub, enhancing customer engagement and product feedback collection. With a background that includes roles such as Head NSO for Newcastle Roller Girls’ Officiating Team and Research Partner at Capita, Kerry has demonstrated expertise in advising clients, leading research projects, and fostering collaborative work environments. Additional experience includes positions at Acritas, Clarity Informatics Ltd, and the Audit Commission, where Kerry honed skills in qualitative and quantitative research, client relations, and policy analysis. Kerry holds a BSc in Genetics from Newcastle University.
