Ashley Martin is currently an account manager at Hederman Brothers. Prior to their current position, they worked as the regional creative services director for Berkshire Hathaway Media Company, AAM, and The News Herald/Media General. Ashley has over fifteen years of experience in graphic design and management.

Ashley began their career in 2001 as a graphic designer for The News Herald. In 2002, they were promoted to manager of the graphics department. In 2004, they were again promoted to regional creative services director. Ashley was responsible for the design and production of all display advertising for The News Herald, as well as overseeing the design and production of Waco Today, a monthly magazine publication of the Waco Tribune Herald in Waco, TX. Additionally, Ashley was responsible for the Greater Hickory Kia Classic's marketing and graphic design for four years.

In 2016, Ashley left The News Herald to join Berkshire Hathaway Media Company as their regional creative services director. Ashley was responsible for directing the regional Creative Services staff for a group of 9 BH Media newspapers in North Carolina. Ashley was also responsible for all advertising, marketing, special section, and magazine design for these newspapers.

Ashley left Berkshire Hathaway in 2018 to join Hederman Brothers as an account manager. In their current position, Ashley is responsible for managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

Ashley Martin completed their undergraduate degree in Art Ashley'story at Millsaps College.
