Bolette Fridmann has extensive experience in various roles, primarily in the public sector. Since August 2016, Bolette has served as a coordinator for professional development at Kerteminde Kommune. Prior to this, from October 2015 to May 2016, Bolette was the assistant center manager at Udlændingestyrelsen, overseeing the operation of a job center at a temporary asylum center. Bolette also held the position of workshop manager at Ørbæk Auto & Lastvognsservice from February 2008 to August 2015, responsible for financial management and daily operations of the vehicle workshop. Early career roles included being a pedagogue at Nyborg Kommune and Vestsjællands Amt, involved in planning and management of residential facilities. Bolette holds a management diploma from UCL Erhvervsakademi and Professionshøjskole, completed in 2022, and a bachelor's degree from the same institution, earned in 2006.
