Sarvesh Ghatnekar is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hector Beverages since September 2023. Previously, Sarvesh held multiple leadership roles at Tata Consumer Products from November 2019 to September 2023, including Vice President and Director of Human Resources for Integrated Operations. Prior to that, Sarvesh worked at Kellogg Company from September 2013 to October 2019, advancing through various human resources management positions in sales and supply chain. Sarvesh began a career in human resources at Cummins India from December 2010 to August 2013, and earlier served in the Indian Army from September 2004 to September 2010, achieving the rank of Major. Sarvesh holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a BSc in Physics from the University of Mumbai.
