Madhur Kotoky is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as an Executive Consultant at Cogya since August 2023, Madhur advises digital startups on strategy, marketing, brand communications, UX design, and investor outreach. In parallel, Madhur is a Business Mentor at Abu Dhabi SME Hub, focusing on brand, marketing, and communications to support the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the UAE. Previously, Madhur held multiple leadership roles at Autodesk from 2013 to 2023, including Head of Brand Marketing & Communications for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions, as well as for India and SAARC, where responsibilities included directing PR initiatives, managing multichannel campaigns, and overseeing transitions to new business models. Madhur holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a Master's degree in Print & Online Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
