Krystel Chkaiban is a Microsoft Specialist at VOSKER since October 2022, responsible for designing, validating, integrating, and managing Microsoft IT infrastructures while ensuring governance and security compliance. Previously, Krystel worked at Alfa - Managed by Orascom Telecom from May 2014 to October 2022 as an IT Support Engineer, addressing application incidents and overseeing the implementation of various Microsoft solutions. Earlier roles include Information Technology Support Engineer at Computer Information Systems, Pre-Sales Consultant, Account Manager at Computel, and System & Network Admin positions at Path Solutions and SoftSolutions. Krystel began a career in mobility solutions and vehicle tracking as an Account Manager at BMB-MS. Krystel holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from NDU.
