Scott Bianco serves as the Head of Talent for Engineering, Product, and Design at Hebbia AI since November 2023, having been the founding talent partner. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Talent Lead at Google from 2021 to November 2023, managing a team of technical recruiters focused on various advanced technology sectors. Previous experiences include leading talent acquisition efforts at Netflix, managing recruitment at S&P Global, and working as a Client Recruitment Specialist at Moody's Investors Service. Scott began their career in recruitment as a Consultant at Michael Page and as a Recruiter at Infinity Consulting Solutions. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communications from Rutgers University.
