Karina El Baze is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Hebbia, Karina has previously held significant positions at Instabase, including Vice President of Global Enterprise Business, Director of Global Strategic Business, and Global Client Director. Prior to that, Karina worked at MuleSoft as Head of U.S. Public Sector Account Development, Head of Federal Account Development, and Regional Manager for Strategic Financial Services Business. Karina's earlier experience includes sales and business development roles at by REVEAL and XRC Labs. Karina holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Science from Stanford University.
