Jim Matangi is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations and commercial management within the civil engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as Operations and Commercial Manager at HEB Construction since February 2018, Jim has previously held various managerial roles including Business Manager and Operations Manager at Natural Habitats Ltd, and Independent Contractor at KIS Ltd, where expertise in tender management, contract management, and infrastructure maintenance was developed. Jim's extensive experience also includes serving as General Manager at Blacktop Construction Ltd, overseeing a workforce of 200, along with roles in senior commercial engineering and project management across several organizations.
