Charles Mowat, FCIS, currently serves as Company Secretary at Heathcoat Fabrics Limited since September 2021. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Director of Risk, Compliance and Assurance for BT Consumer from July 2017 to September 2021, and was the Head Of Secretariat at EE from May 2010 to June 2017. Charles Mowat's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from SOAS University of London, complemented by training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in 1989 and education at Shrewsbury School.
