Bonita Jessel has worked in various hospitality and customer service roles, starting as a Chef Concierge with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in locations such as Vancouver, London, and San Francisco. Bonita then transitioned to be a concierge at Hotel Vitale before becoming a personal assistant for a private home. Currently, Bonita is utilizing their skills in customer service as a showroom sales representative at Heath Ceramics.
