Thaina Mondesir's work experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at HeartShare St. Vincent's Services since February 2023. Prior to that role, they worked as an Administrative Supervisor at The New York Foundling from October 2016 to January 2023. Thaina also has experience as a Program Specialist at The CityKids Foundation, Inc. from September 2012 to December 2014. Additionally, Thaina worked as an Education Coordinator at Forestdale, Inc. from February 2011 to December 2011, where they managed a blogging site for peer mentoring and maintained academic progress reports for students.

Thaina Mondesir holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the Metropolitan College of New York, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General at the State University of New York at Old Westbury from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Thaina has also obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Management & Strategy Institute in April 2022.
