Stacy-Ann Effs is a seasoned professional in strategy and digital investment, currently serving as Senior Director of Strategy at Hearts & Science. Previously, Stacy-Ann held key leadership roles including SVP, Group Partner, Digital Investment at UM Worldwide, and various positions at Carat USA and MEC, focusing on digital direction and partnership. In addition to industry experience, Stacy-Ann contributes to academia as an Adjunct Lecturer at The City College of New York.
