Seth Folden currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Heartland Home Services since September 2024. Prior experience includes the role of HR Manager at CRH, where significant achievements included the redevelopment of headcount procedures leading to an 18% cost reduction and the creation of a new compensation system. Prior to this, Seth held various HR positions at General Motors from March 2016 to September 2023, focusing on digital business and Cadillac recruitment. Earlier roles include Corporate Recruiter positions at Ally Financial Inc. and The Mergis Group, as well as a Personal Banker at PNC and sales positions at Lithia Motors-Camp Chevrolet. Seth earned a degree in Business, Finance from Walsh College between 2007 and 2011.
