Samantha Cook has extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as a Senior Staff Auditor at HTLF since June 2014, with a progressive career involving roles such as Retail Branch Operations Administrator, Operational Senior Staff Auditor, Internal Staff Auditor, Senior Personal Banker, and Customer Care Representative. Prior to this, Samantha worked as a Universal Banker/Customer Service Ambassador at U.S. Bank from June 2013 to June 2014. Educationally, Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Northern Iowa, attained from 2011 to 2013, and an Associate of Arts in Public Relations and Communication Media from Kirkwood Community College, completed in 2011.
