Maribeth Beatty, SPHR, currently serves as the Director, HR Business Partner and HR Integrations Director at Heartland Dental since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Team Member Experience at Tru Family Dental, overseeing human resources at Cayman Chemical, and directing HR at Xoran Technologies. Beatty has also held HR leadership positions at STM Power and Pilot Industries. An alumnus of Michigan State University, Beatty holds a BA in Human Resources and Industrial Management, earning the SPHR certification to strengthen expertise in human resources.
