Krista M. has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Krista started their career as a Field Intern at DuPont Pioneer in 2013 and later worked as a Seed Technician at Monsanto Company. Krista also served as a Soybean Research Assistant at Dow AgroSciences before joining Heartland Cooperative as an Agronomy Sales and Crop Scout Intern. Krista then transitioned to O'Grady Chemical Corporation as an Agronomist. Krista gained experience as a Veterinary Assistant at Countryside Veterinary Clinic before joining Heartland Co-op as the Eastern Iowa Energy Sales and Marketing representative. Most recently, they took on the role of the Iowa Propane Gas Association District Director for Region 6 at the Iowa Propane Gas Association.

Krista M. began their education in 1999 at North Cedar Jr/Sr High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2012. Following that, they pursued an Agricultural Transfer Program at Kirkwood Community College from 2012 to 2014. Finally, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Studies at Iowa State University from 2014 to 2016.
