Jessica Knaak is an experienced web development professional, currently serving as the Web Team Lead at Heartland Business Systems since June 2021, where responsibilities include managing and growing the web development practice. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at Ascedia and various positions at Rexnord and Omni Resources, showcasing a diverse skill set in software development, digital marketing, and web design. Jessica has also worked as a freelance web designer/developer and has a strong foundation in multimedia design and social media management from experiences at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science & Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has additional educational credentials in Business Administration and Cosmetology.
