Joshua Smith is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product design and development. Currently serving as the Innovation Lab Director at Hearth & Home Technologies since November 2012, Joshua has held multiple roles within the company, including NPD Manager, Project Engineer, and Design Engineer. Prior to this, Joshua worked at Liberty Diversified International in the Valley Craft Division from August 2005 to November 2012 as a Design Engineer, focusing on creating new products and custom solutions. Joshua began a career in engineering with internships at Hearth & Home Technologies in 2003 and 2004 as a Process Engineer. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
