Erika Saffer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Erika is currently working as the Innovation Lab Director at Hearth & Home Technologies since 2023. Erika Saffer completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette between 2005 and 2009. Erika then pursued further education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Chemical Engineering from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, in May 2013, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Cellular Engineering from the Institute for Cellular Engineering (ICE) IGERT Program at UMass Amherst.
