Alexander Garrow has a long and varied work experience. Alexander began their career in 2003 as a Cryptologic Linguist in the United States Air Force. Alexander then went on to work as a Server for The Esquire Tavern in 2013, Lombardi Family Concepts Restaurants in 2014, and Eureka! Restaurant Group in 2015. In 2015, they also worked as Beverage Director for GOURDOUGHS PUBLIC HOUSE. In 2016, they were an Account Director for OutboundEngine, and in 2017 they were a Massage Therapist for ZenPunk Massage and Managing Partner for Feather Red Clothing, LLC. In 2018, they were an Account Director and Senior Account Executive for Shogun Enterprises Inc., helping homeowners find the best financing option for their home improvement projects. In 2019, they returned to OutboundEngine as an Account Director.

Alexander Garrow attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Diploma in Iranian/Persian Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics. In 2017, they completed a Diploma in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage from A New Beginning School of Massage.
