Dawn Lunsford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in online training development and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Academy at Heartbeat International since July 2010, Lunsford oversees the design and management of online training initiatives, ensuring compliance with accreditation guidelines for continuing education units. Prior to this role, a part-owner of Element Pizza from March 2011 to July 2012, Lunsford managed corporate finance functions and human resources. Lunsford also has teaching experience as a Graduate Teaching Associate at The Ohio State University, where coursework included first-year composition and business writing. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in English Literature from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of West Florida.
