Anne Dykes possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within nonprofit organizations, currently serving as Director at Heart to Heart International since August 2019. Previous positions include Director of Community Relations at McDonald's, Vice President of Development and Marketing at Wayside Waifs, and various roles at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City, where responsibilities included Director of Major Gifts and Capital Campaign and Development Director. Earlier in the career, Anne held the position of Vice President, Financial and Resource Development at the YMCA of Greater Kansas City and worked as International Director at the National Council of YMCAs of Japan. Anne Dykes is an alumnus of Kansas State University.
