Andra Ghencea is an experienced education leader currently serving as the Director of Adult Skills at Heart of Yorkshire Education Group since November 2022. Prior to this role, Andra held the position of Head Of Department at Barnsley College from May 2018 to November 2022. Andra's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science obtained from West University of Timisoara (2007-2009) and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution (2003-2007). Additionally, Andra completed a program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, in 2021.
