Tyler Dingley is an experienced Implementation Manager at Hearsay Systems since October 2021. Prior to this role, Tyler spent over four years at J.Crew, progressing from Jr. Analyst to Sr. Analyst in Point of Sale Systems, where responsibilities included managing IT system installations, executing Mobile POS integrations, and overseeing system operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Tyler's analytical skills facilitated improved pricing strategies and streamlined troubleshooting processes across more than 500 stores. Tyler began a career in technology through internships, gaining valuable experience in project management and software utilization, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
