Richard Broo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Richard is a co-founder at Social Credit, Inc and a startup in stealth mode, both from 2021. In 2012, they co-founded and served as CEO of Wemersive, an industry leader in augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). Richard also worked as the Director of Sales & Licensing at HEAR360 in 2020 and a mentor at Hacker Fund in 2015. Additionally, Richard served as a strategic advisor at Ovrture from 2015 to 2017 and was a member of the board at the International VR Photography Association (IVRPA) in 2014. Prior to that, they held roles such as AR/VR video technology evangelist and digital media manager at XS2theWorld from 2009 to 2012. Richard also has experience as a private investor and consultant in the music, marketing, and new media industries and was the Head of Operations and Assistant Producer at Monkey Bizz Productions from 1999 to 2005.

Richard Broo attended HBO University from 2009 to 2013, where they studied Law. Prior to that, they attended Luzac College from 1999 to 2000, earning a high school degree in HAVO. Before that, from 1998 to 1999, Richard studied at Mita Highschool in Tokyo, Japan, completing a general high school program. Their education began at Were Di, where they attended from 1995 to 1998 for general high school studies.
