Surabhi Srivastava is an experienced Salesforce quality analyst currently working at hear.com since July 2022, focusing on both manual and automation testing. Prior to this role, Surabhi held the position of Senior Test Engineer at Wipro Limited from March 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included understanding requirements and designing test scenarios and cases, primarily as a functional and automation tester on Salesforce applications. Surabhi began the professional career at Tata Consultancy Services from January 2017 to March 2021 as a System Engineer and previously as an Assistant System Engineer, engaging in functional testing and web automation using C# and Selenium. Surabhi holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Integral University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
