Luciano Garcia Rangel serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Healy World since April 2021, overseeing daily operations, improving efficiencies, coaching teams, and collaborating with executives to achieve business goals. Previously, as Chief Commercial Officer, Luciano led worldwide commercial functions and mentored VPs across various regions. Luciano's extensive experience at Tupperware Brands includes roles such as Group President for Latin America, where accountability for a $600 million P&L was held, and President of the USA & Canada with a focus on profitability and strategic growth. Earlier positions included leadership roles in Brazil, Japan, and Mexico, driving significant revenue growth and successful marketing initiatives. Luciano holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and further education from Yale, Harvard University, and Harvard Business School in Digital Transformation and Disruptive Strategy.
