Susheela Polepalli is an experienced data analyst currently serving as a Data Analyst II at HealthStream since March 2021, where responsibilities include evaluating client data for compatibility with proprietary software systems and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful data transfer and implementation. Previously, Susheela worked as a Data Analyst, coordinating data transfers and performing complex data merges into Microsoft SQL Server. Susheela's background includes a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant role at the University of Cincinnati, focusing on high-dimensional networks, and a SQL Developer and Analyst position at DHL, where advanced SQL scripts were developed to automate management tools and analyze shipment data. Susheela also completed a summer internship at IIIT Hyderabad, working on an artificial intelligence project related to game mechanics. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Data Science Certification from the University of Cincinnati, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad.
