Laura Stewart is a seasoned professional in customer experience and success, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Experience at HealthStream since February 2023. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of Director of Customer Success at caresyntax from December 2019 to February 2023. Laura's extensive experience in customer success includes serving as Vice President at Syús for both Customer Success and Operations from March 2012 to December 2019. Laura's career at HealthStream began in January 2001, where Laura was the Director of PMO until March 2012. Laura holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Language and Literature, and Spanish Language and Literature from Belmont University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
