Nicholas James is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial financing, project financing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex commercial agreements across various industries, including energy, health care, financial services, and government contracts. Currently serving as Chief Counsel at HealthStrategy, LLC since May 2023, Nicholas previously held the position of Counsel at Crowell & Moring LLP from February 2012 to May 2023. Earlier in the career, Nicholas contributed as an Associate at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP from September 2007 to February 2012. Nicholas holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law (2004-2007) and a BA in History from Tulane University (1999-2003).
