Steven Frederick has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Steven most recently worked as a Support Services Manager at HealthSmart since May 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Call Center Supervisor at Assurant from October 2016 to May 2018. In 2012, Steven founded the Dominican Republic Call Center Consultant and held the role of Founder until August 2015. Before that, they worked as the Director Customer /Inventory Manager at Paul Winston/True Romance from October 2008 to March 2012. Steven started their career as a Transportation Manager at Glasfloss Industries from March 2004 to March 2008.
Steven Frederick attended Health Magnet from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a diploma in Health Related Knowledge.
