Jacqueline Foss has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Jacqueline started their career at Royal Health Care in 1998 as a Senior Managed Care Analyst, where they were responsible for the creation and maintenance of reimbursement schedules and testing DRG software. From 2001 to 2005, they held the role of Manager of Eligibility Systems and Medicaid Eligibility, overseeing staff and ensuring data integrity for multiple clients. Jacqueline then became the Manager of Provider Systems and Eligibility Systems, overseeing data entry clerks, technical support, and billing analysts. In 2010, Jacqueline joined HealthSmart as a Senior Business Analyst, responsible for aligning with state and federal agencies for client encounter and regulatory reporting needs. Jacqueline also managed the regular submission of encounters, performed data analysis, and ensured data integrity. In 2014, they became the Assistant Director of Operations and Client Services at Royal Health Care, managing the implementation of the Fully Integrated Dual Advantage (FIDA) plan for existing clients. From 2015 to 2017, they held the position of Director of Application Management and Development, overseeing the integration of core managed care and care management systems. Overall, Jacqueline has demonstrated expertise in data analysis, system integration, client management, and regulatory reporting.

Jacqueline Foss obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from LIU Post, having completed their education between 1991 and 1995.
