Michelle Warren CPC, COC has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Michelle began their career in 2001 as a Financial Services Supervisor at Plumas District Hospital. In 2006, they became the Revenue Integrity Manager at Shasta Regional Medical Center. In 2007, they moved to Mayers Memorial Hospital as the Revenue Integrity Supervisor. In 2010, they became the Revenue Cycle Manager at St Joseph Hospital in Eureka, Ca. In 2011, they returned to their previous role as the Revenue Integrity Manager at Prime Healthcare in Dallas. In 2012, they joined Conifer Health Solutions as the Revenue Integrity Manager and AR Manager on the Transition Management Team. In 2020, they became the CDM Director at HealthITq. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as the Director Revenue Cycle Solutions at Medcom Solutions.

Michelle Warren CPC, COC has a background in Health Information Management from Shasta College. Michelle obtained their Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification from the AAPC in December 2006 and their Certified Outpatient Coder (COC) certification from the AAPC in September 2008.
