Kelly Lira began their work experience in 2011 as a Registered Nurse at Memorial Hermann Health System. Kelly then worked as a Registered Nurse at Apollo Hospitals, specializing in Surgical Services and pre-testing and pre-operative care. In 2012, they joined HCA as a Registered Nurse in Surgical Services, focusing on pre and post-operative care and endoscopy. Since 2014, Kelly has been working at HealthHelp, initially as an Associate Manager in the Quality and Accreditation Department, and later as a Quality Program Coordinator and Medical Policy Nurse, responsible for employee compliance training and handling complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Kelly Lira attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in the field of Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
