Biruk Belihu is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in both engineering and management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer/Manager at HealthFirst since May 2015, Biruk is responsible for designing and implementing projects utilizing advanced technologies. Prior experience includes a contract role as a Software Design Engineer at Microsoft, where Biruk contributed to the development of a web-based tool for configuration management, and a position as a Software Engineer at Visa, focusing on Authorize.Net. Earlier roles also include a Software Design Engineer in Test at Microsoft Corporation, where Biruk developed testing frameworks and test cases for various applications. Biruk holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Maharishi International University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from HiLCoE School of Computer Science and Technology.
