Jackie Even has over 17 years of experience in the technology industry. Jackie is currently the VP of Technical Operations at HealthEdge since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Epic for 17 years in various roles, including Senior Director, Technical Support, Director Technical Support, Manager Technical Support Services, and Technical Support Engineer.

Jackie Even obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, studying from 2004 to 2005.
